Debt Recovery 

Spire View Housing Association is responsible for the general management and administration of the common property within various blocks of flats. We prepare and issue invoices and collect payments from owners and sharing owners for common repairs, maintenance and the general management of the block. In the event that these payments are failed or delayed, we have the 'Factoring Debt Recovery Policy' which can be found in the right hand side of this page.
