Tenant Satisfaction with Repairs

Spire View prides itself on providing a high standard of repairs. Every month, we carry out a 10% sample survey of all tenants who have had repairs carried out during that period. 

We really appreciate tenants taking the time to answer our survey questions as this allows us to resolve any potential issues, monitor contractor performance and also to ensure that we meet the Repair Response Timescales.
