Procurement (Buying Goods or Services)

Spire View is required to comply with Scottish Government guidelines for procurement by public bodies. Therefore, when we are purchasing goods or a service (ie. gas servicing; close cleaning; kitchen/ bathroom replacements), we have to undertake this process in line with these guidelines. A full copy of our Procurement policy which outlines our approach to this is contained in the Policy and Guidance Section. 

When buying goods or services, we aim to ensure that we achieve best value for money whilst ensuring that we obtain a quality service.
