The Simon Community: Tenancy Sustainment Service

Everyone deserves a safe place to live and access to the support they need. 

The Simon Community work hard to combat the causes and effects of homelessness. They want to prevent homelessness and support hosueholds that are at risk of losing their accommodation by offering: 

  • Tenancy Support
  • 1-to-1 Support
  • Advice and information
  • Support to become independant in your own home
  • Signpost to other agencies
  • Liaseing with housing. 

Spire View Housing Association works with The Simon Community to provide a Tenancy Support & Sustainment Service to all of our tenants.

Geraldine Burgess, Tenancy Sustainment Officer, is based at Roystonhill Community Hub every Wednesday and Friday. She works with our tenants to provide them with vital support.
